Questions about automation and integrations

Which tools can you connect?

Typical business systems: store (Shopify), CRM, forms, email, invoicing, inventory and spreadsheets. If a tool has an API, it can usually be connected. We check this at the start and tell you directly what is possible and what is closed.

What do you build automations on?

Most often on n8n, Make or Zapier, and in unusual cases directly through APIs. We recommend n8n when you care about data control, because it can be self-hosted. A good solution is one your team can maintain without stress.

How is this different from AI agents?

Automation follows predictable rules: “when X happens, do Y". An AI agent makes decisions and handles exceptions. We often start with simple automation, then add AI where the process needs judgment, not only a rule. Full agent launches are handled as a separate service.

Is this safe for my data?

We start by deciding what data is truly needed. We limit sensitive data, keep access narrow and leave important decisions under human control. We can build on tools hosted by you, so data does not leave your environment.

What if a tool has no ready integration?

We check the API or data export. Sometimes a simple import or recurring file is enough, and sometimes we build a small custom connector. If the tool is completely closed, we tell you before spending time.

How much time can this realistically save?

It depends on the process, but repetitive data copying often means several to a dozen hours a week per person. After mapping the process, we estimate the saving before building anything.

How long does implementation take?

A simple automation usually launches in a few days to two weeks. We start with one process with the highest potential, check the effect and add the next ones.

What happens if an automation breaks or hits an exception?

We add monitoring and alerts, so you know immediately when something needs attention. Exceptions the automation cannot handle go to a human instead of silently damaging data.
