Purposes and legal bases
We process personal data for the following purposes:
Responding to an inquiry sent through the contact form: based on the controller’s legitimate interest in handling correspondence and preparing an offer (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Booking and holding a call: based on taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Commercial communication beyond responding to your inquiry: based on separate, voluntary consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you may withdraw at any time.
Establishing, pursuing or defending claims: based on the controller’s legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Providing data is voluntary, but necessary to receive a response or book a call.
Retention period
We keep correspondence data for the duration of conversations and for the period needed to settle cooperation or until claims expire, usually no longer than 3 years from the last contact. Data processed on the basis of consent is kept until consent is withdrawn.
Recipients and processors
We use trusted providers who process data on our behalf.
Cloudflare, Inc.: website hosting (Cloudflare Pages).
Calendly LLC: call booking handling.
Email provider: forwarding and handling messages from the form.
Some providers are based outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. In such cases, data is transferred on the basis of Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission or other mechanisms compliant with Chapter V of the GDPR.
Profiling and automated decisions
We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing, including profiling, that would produce legal effects or similarly significantly affect you.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict processing, data portability, object to processing based on legitimate interest, and withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office in Poland (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw).
